Does anyine know if i have I any chance in recovering my money and how do I go about it?
Iv tried to email them via their website but the address isn't working

Just picking up on this, they don't have to refund, even with a receipt. Their policy was vouchers, you got vouchers (they could have given you nothing...)
As said, if they are gone theres little chance of getting anything.0 -
To be fair, the OP didn't say why the item was returned. It's a stretch with the given information to say "their policy was vouchers" and accept that as being allowed. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

Apologies. If the item was not faulty, then my above comment stands.0 -
Pretty much. We still wouldn't know what their returns policy was based on what's been given.
Forgive me for being a pedant, but it's important that readers here know that a returns policy is part of the contract for sale, so to state something without knowing the full facts could lead another viewer to misinterpret their rights.
Of course, none of this is relevant in this case as the vouchers were offered and accepted. But it might help another lurker at some pointOne important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
Thank you for the replies

The reason I asked (as I think transient understands) is that you should check the status of the company.0
