The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.

    Thanks. I searched their website and couldn't find it. Was obviously not looking hard enough.

    I ask because they (and the AA) seem to be the only providers who cover the people as opposed to the car.
