Praise for Igenix but not for e4electricals

I bought a heater about a year ago from e4electricals.com because the company had good reviews and the price was the best I could find. I can't fault them for their original service in sending out the heater but their customer service now leaves much to be desired.
The heater recently started to emit a burning smell everytime I switched it on. As it was under a two-year warranty I contacted the manufacturer Igenix. They told me to contact the retailer to arrange an exchange through them.
E4electrical's website says to contact them via e-mail or phone for a returns number so that's what I did. I e-mailed two different addresses and when I got no reply I phoned them but all I got was an answerphone message that said nobody could take my call and I couldn't leave a message.
So I got back in touch with Igenix and asked them if there was anything they could do and they were brilliant. Within a week I had my replacement heater so thank you Igenix!
I don't know what's going on with e4electricals. I can see from their facebook page that someone else had a similar experience when trying to contact them so anyone considering buying anything from them, just be careful.
