    Mind your own business Kenshaz.

Stop following me around like a sad puppy.

You calling someone else sad...when in a glasshouse don't throw stones

As expressed previously, perhaps your "high level of qualifications and your ability to check things out" (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=5418638&postcount=43) are somewhat exaggerated.

Btw, you're more than welcome to my input.

Both ohreally and kenshaz spend their time following me around like the sad puppies that they are in order to cause trouble.

    Enough said.
  • I have noticed that Kenshaz and OhReally spend their time following people around the boards making snide and off-topic comments. Will report to management.

What awful lives you people must lead to have to do this sort of thing on an open forum. You are to be pitied.
  • Cute - I have had a read of the relevant pages and there is nothing stating that you cannot claim the pathway payment. I fail to see how they can withhold that payment to you.
Being self-employed is hard enough without the added pressure of having little money to live on.
Maybe the DEO at the Job Centre will be able to help you more tomorrow.
    Good luck!!

I agree, I thought the point was to help people, not argue in a pointless manner with others on the board. Hope you reporting works.

sorry no caps baby on knee. i can assure you you are entitled to claim rtwc if you are s/e the normal qualifying rules apply, you will need to provide earning projections and your accounts once up and running. they are a pain in the ar*e to do which is why they probably told you you couldnt claim.get them to check the guidance again its definately there

Thanks Foyzone - saw the Disability Specialist at the Job Centre today and we had the official book out.

There are two whole pages devoted to being self-employed! It IS allowed.

I have been self-employed since June 1983 so the accounts and projected forecasts are a doddle!! I have never had an accountant in all that time, either. Am taking advice on Marketing from a local Company who specialise in that work - so it is all systems go!

The woman who gave me the wrong information was totally negative on everything anyway. Apparently she has moved to another Job Centre in another town - best place for her too.

    Thanks for your input.

Eh? They are not full stops, they are three dots that make up an ellipsis/ suspension point.

Can we get back to the point please?!

    But it is still rude.
