I had to buy a new monitor today, as my old 17 inch lcd flat screen died last night.
So i've got a nice 19inch wide screen.
But the problem is when i click on links to open other pages they load small. And i have to click the box button in the top right hand corner. Is there a way i can overcome this as it is a pain in the butt.
it is probably something really simple. But i just can't put my brain into gear.

When you say 'when i click on links to open other pages they load small' I assume you mean additional IE windows? The next time you do this, instead of clicking on the maximise button in the new IE window, drag the window to the top-left edge of the screen. Then place your mouse near the bottom right corner of the window & expand it to fill your screen. Shutdown & restart IE & check to see if this has made any difference.
If no joy & you're using IE6, download & install IE7 (WinXP min req), then click on links with your scroll wheel to open in new tabs. This will also negate the problem you're having.
Finally, if you're still having problems/cannot use IE7, download an alternative browser like Firefox, Opera, Avant Browser (IE shell), that have built-in tab support. This will also get rid of the problem.
Btw, have you set your new monitor to it's default/native resolution? For a 19" widescreen it's usually 1440x900. G0
