Will I get a reduction?
Comments
-
simple answer is no, I,m on march 2017 and have contacted them about it. you will get the £12 only later this year tho, but not the £500
-
Did they given a reason as to why they weren't giving you the £50?0

A quick google search shows "your electricity and gas prices will be fixed at the rates you sign up to", so I'd imagine that has something to do with it.0

He's right.0 -
So what's the £12 reduction for and what's the £50 reduction for if they're mutually exclusive?0
-
(It's £12 (flat) and 30-£35 (pro rata usage) not £12 and £50.)
Latter is for insulating and vunerable (sic) customers ECO (energy conservation obligation) projects that have been extended to last twice as long (so you'll still pay just as much) and the £12 is for the warm home discount which will now be paid for from central taxation.0
