  • Yes thankfully the car was SORN just before i 'sold' it last August...

    Just a bit more info the car is a MX5 1.8si, but needed work doing on it, the lad who 'bought it' is a young mechanic and wanted to do it up, but obviously realised it was a bigger job than expected, so is trying to back out of the deal.

    If they cannot afford to give you the money get the car back.

    Waste of time taking someone with no money to court. Your unlikely to get any money from them. So just adding to the loss.

    The car is there so get it back. And scrap or sell it.
