Replacement Cylinder - Is this a decent price

Hi, I have a pinhole leak from my cyinder so it needs replacing it is an indirect 900 x 400 one...the quote I have had is £250 for labour and £230 for parts so £480 all in.....I am a bit nieve as not had a cylinder replaced before should I get a second quote or is this a decent price?

You should always get more than one quote, the price of cylinders has gone through the roof in recent years, long gone are the days where you could pick one up for £50 at B&Q, he has allowed a days work for this bearing in mind the heating will need to be drained as well as the cylinder, I think the figure quoted is about right tbh, but as I said you should always get more than one quoteI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

We recently paid £400 for ours. We got about £40 for the old one as scrap.0
