Hi all, new today. Need some help re cashplus.
Ive had a card for 2 years. I have never used it! Oops. I had it to buy online really but after finding it hard to get through to customer services and reading that its not the easiet company to deal with I kind of forgot about it and shelved it.
They send me emails tellling me `the benefits' of the card but recently I got one telling me its due to expire so I need to top up by £5.00 to keep it open/ get new card. I have the very basic Express Account. I didnt have proof of address as I was living at someone elses home temporarily.
Id like to keep this card as I only has a non card building society account Ive had for 20 years and its limiting. My wages go in and I take cash out, thats it. Things went very wrong for me financially some time ago and I no longer have regular bank accounts
ANYWAY Im wondering if I top this card up is that it? will it be good to go again? the email seems to inidicate so but Im wondering if theres charges the email hasnt explained. I tried calling them today and my mobile gives me free mins for landlines not 0871...consequently it ate all excess money on my phone in a few minutes!
Thanks for any answers:)
