            Hi
I've now decided to divide the meals up so they become varied as follows if possible
 Roast Day
 Meat Day
 Fish Day
 Rice Day
 Pasta Day
 Snack Day
Other day (which could be anything).
This is the first time I've planned ahead and this coming week we are having
Roast Lamb & all the trimmings
Fresh Tuna/Tomato Stew with Rice or Crusty Bread & Salad
 Shepherds Pie/Veg
Chilli Salmon Tagliatelle (a new recipe)
 Chicken/Ham & Cheese burgers
 Spanish Stew with Crsuty Bread
 Sausages & Mash
Feels good to be organised - especially as went through the cupboards and checked what I already had before shopping!Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0

The tomato bread is a basic white bread recipe with chopped sundried tomatoes, herbs, garlic, and olive oil.
There are loads of bread recipes on the net, i even found one for marmite bread, and chocolate bread LOL!

Try this for putting items together to make a meal with what you have in the food cupboard: http://www.cookingbynumbers.com/frames.html0

Another tip: instead of trying to write out a week or month of menu plans, just write on your calendar or in your diary what you had that day ... do that every day and at the end of a year ... you have 52 wks worth of menu plans to carry you through the next year!
Queenie, what an amazingly good idea! I am going to do this as from today - as Sherlock Holmes says, genius always seems simple when it is explained!':T :T :T0
