Hi, my husband was previously on jsa for year and half after being made redundant from nearly 20 years employment and then he started work which was excellent. All of a sudden he's been given his notice with immediate effect after only working there 3 months. I was wondering where we stand as we were claiming free school meals for our 4 children and interest help on our mortgage and help with our council tax. what sort of jsa would he get and when can we claim?
All confused as thought we were sorted, any advice would be gratefully appreciated, thank you.
