Who do the bank contact regarding the DD's if they're in administration??
Liquidators??
The administrators will be contacted and almost certainly they will provide the bank with verification of the correct amounts. The bank will also be checking the direct debit mandate completed.
Once this happens, typically about 60-90 days laters, the bank will take the money back from your account again. You will find yourself out of pocket by the amount you have paid the claims company.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). To be honest I thought it was dead money, so when they rang I thought fair enough if I can get something back I'd be happy.0

Think I might contact the the bank and explain.
Another thing, is it possible to buy information regarding people's direct debit info, amounts, dates etc. They had all this info on a spreadsheet??0 -

Probably ex staff members that have lost their jobs and are selling details on. That is the most common way these things happen. However, its not possible to really know.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
