I tried to claim on my ppi two years ago I am still paying this even though my loan took out in 2004 over 15 years was paid of in 2005 the ppi was only valid for five years so its a dead policy I pay 25 per month and it is over 15 yrs my claim was rejected I did not go to ombudsman can I try and claim again

    Once rejected you have 6 months to refer your complaint to the FOS. Outside of that you can be time barred.

    If you tried to claim it back, presumably you thought you were miss sold and didn't want it. So why are you still paying it. If you don't want it, then cancel it.
