Hi Wight and welcome to the boards.
Can I suggest that you start your own thread with this question on as more people will see it and you will get information just for you rather than hijacking another persons thread.
I am sure there will be someone along soon with some advice if you just hang on in there unfortunatly I don't know much about the housing side of things.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Pinky, trustees do go in for the kill intitialy but there is a lot of room for negotiation with the right advice.. Im not sure a solicitor will give you that advice.. they are not well versed in insolvency law for starters..
You need to see an IP...
On DHUK we have an IP on board.. brin.. he has helped loads of people, with these sorts of problems - whether negotiating IPA/O's or advising on BROs.. and property issues..
So IP advice for free.. dont get that very often... however, dhuk is having major maintenance done at the mo, which means for most of this week it will be down... dhuk have put it in maintenance mode though over this weekend, so maybe if you have a look on, brin will mooch about and be able to advise how to negotiate.. (bear in mind though any posts at the moment are liable to be lost when the site goes live again after maintenance is complete..
One last point.. you say yousecretly get into debt.. would it be a wise move to have your income paid into your hubbys acocunt and allow him to draw your money out as and when you need it.. CC and loans will be nreachable due to your CRF being down the pan at the mo..
Hope you get this sorted.. xHi - im a member of the Debt Help UK FORUM...0
