I rang Scottish Power the other day.......
Answered the phone after 3 rings.....
I dropped the phone cos the guy made me jump !!!
I asked him if he was actually Scottish Power & he admitted he was !!

Hmmm wonder how many more dailies that news will appear in. I'm still waiting for a call from the complaints dept.

At last! OH answered call from SP tonight and matter has been resolved. Due to moving onto a new system there have been glitches :rotfl::rotfl: hence being billed twice. We have been told to ignore 2nd bill which will instead be added to next bill.
Was advised to ring them!! If it appears again, to which OH replied that that was aproblem too
Am still going to switch tho0 -

Got another email from Scottish Power asking us to pay the outstanding bill which we were told by the Complaints dept that we didn't have to pay till the next billing date, PLUS a paper bill of the same which said we could be moved off our online account if we did not pay. Requested call back today, then when someone could be bothered to answer, I was hung up on!!!!
I just can't wait to leave0
