Hi There,
I'm a 30 year old accountant with bipolar and during a period of depression when i was out of work I signed into an IVA in may 2013, one I didnt need to as I soon got a job thereafter on 50k, I subsequently cancelled the IVA and have cleared most of the debt but the IVA is still on my file and I cant get credit anywhere, is there anyway I can remove it from my file as it was entered into when I wasnt of sound mind and I felt it was missold to me
Your help would be greatly appreciated
Kind regards,
Phil
