Barclaycard Initial - money transfers?

I'm having a look at the Barclaycard Initial, as I would like to pay off my £700 overdraft over the next few months without continuing to pay fees. Does this card allow money transfers?

    it can do, but theres no guarantee u'll ever get one
    Barclaycard give them out as special offers from time to time

    Very very unlikely that's you will get one on an Initial Visa but it might be worth calling them and asking
