Scottish Power Useless

Trying to get my MPRN & address corrected by Scottish Power because I want to move my supply from them.
Told it would take a week........that was nearly 3 weeks ago.
Emailed them no response........
Telephoned them on numerous occasions, I just do not have the time to waste sorting out their errors !!!!!!!!!!
Even their call back system is not working today.
What an absolute useless company........
If the Scottish Power Rep on MSE wants to stick his / her head above the parapet I will gladly speak to them........
But they may have to hold on the phone for 4 so**ing hours !!!!!!
