Mint PPI

We recently put in a claim for ppi on our Mint Card. We got a letter saying that it was rejected as we had ticked the box on our application form. We ticked this box thinking if we didnt we wouldnt get the card and we were desperate. No-one called us to discuss the ppi and my husband gets full pay for 12 months if he is off sick. At the time we didnt really understand it. Is there anything we can do or do we just write it off?

So, in other words, you were not mis-sold or misadvised. You chose to buy it.my husband gets full pay for 12 months if he is off
on advised cases that is a relevant point (on loan and credit card PPI). However, no-one was involved to sell it to you.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
