Yes it is, it tells you in the paperwork detailing the offer.

Bit wary of this 1, I am probably going to give it a swerve even though there's effectively a 5% discount for saga customers. Money men are saying if priced at top of range 245p then it is considered very pricey. Likely to do ok start due to large demand from customer base but not convinced it will deliver much in long run.
Tip - don't invest too much on this 1
