This sounds a little bit fishy to me. No offence, but I would much rather stick with a larger company that is listed on comparison sites, so then I definately know that I am covered

So you 'join', and in the case of needing legal assistance to fight a claim that you have a 'reasonable' chance of winning, they will refer you to a no win no fee solicitor (who you could easily find for yourself if you wished.)
