Just before Christmas i bought a Beko fridge freezer from a local electrical store, since purchasing we have had an engineer out to it 3 times due to the fan making a loud noise, he hit it twice and bent the pipes the 3rd time he came out, 4 days ago it stopped working all together ,we had to throw away all the freezer food.
I contacted the local electrical store whom we purchased it from and they stated that due to it being over a number of weeks they are unable to exchange it, as the owner quoted he needed an uplift number first to exchange.
At this point we are still awaiting contact from Beko engineer.
Can someone please assist in our next step, what rights we have etc.
Thanks
