You need to watch the expiry dates for using "free" credit, as each one has a different use by date for the purchase of the ticket which can be weeks in advance.
  • I have received the Sun credit and WH Smith but no e mail confirmation for either so worth keeping an eye on your RSH account.

I have been waiting since the promotion was started got codes but still no credit for the £5 or £9.50 I am sure I read that all credits would be finalised and added to your account before the 28th Feb.
  • I did not received the Sun £9.50 credit either and emailed R.S.H regarding this. I got the following reply:
"This has been passed to our marketing team to investigate, please allow up to 3 working days for a response. I apologise for the inconvenience."

I emailed them yesterday too, as I've not had my Sun code converted to an e voucher yet either. My husband and daughter have both had theirs. Slightly annoying as I applied first lol

Edit - I've had an email from RSH to say that the code needed to be added before the 19th and that mine was added on the 22nd. I know that's not the case as my husband opened an account the same day as we added the codes and the email confirmation is dated 12th. Have replied to say as much.

I've had the £5 WH Smith voucher show up on redspottedhanky but can't find anywhere to put it on the WH Smith website.

Try logging into your RSH account and go into personal details. The last box is for an offer validation code. Insert the code you should receive via email from RSH entitled "Congratulations - WH Smith.

    Hope this helps.

I have just received my validation code.
