Only six weeks after reviewing my account and reducing my monthly payments (and providing a meter reading), they have upped my payments from £144 to £190.
I'll be glad to see the back of them!

Same here. in 12 months they've gone from an estimated cost of £130 pm to £183 to now a huge £262 pm over 100% increase!
In all fairness, my wife has been on Mat Leave for 9 months, but based on last years usage, we should be paying an average of about £120!!
