have downloaded firefox and installed but getting this message
Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at www.yahoo.com.
* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
using internet ex 6 and windows xp home
switched windows firewall off but still no joy .. any help please

Are you behind a proxy ? Are you using this at home or at work, alot of work place's require you to enter a proxy setting to get online . As do some home isp'sIf it doesn't fit, force it; if it breaks, it needed replacement anywaySarcasm helps keep you from telling people what you really think of them
