I too won the "runners up" prize and am really happy about it. I've been to loads of "Hard Rock Hell" events before and they are always excellently run with a great people, bands and atmosphere. Really looking forward to it. For less than £120 - including return flights, hotel upgrade and extra nights, I'm getting an unexpected holiday abroad that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to afford - with the brilliant bonus of spending it in the company of some great bands!! No complaints whatsoever.
