Can I return resized ring?

I bought an engagement ring from H Samuel last week and got it resized to be made smaller. It is unworn and want to know if I can return it? Thank you

You have no automatic right to return it, but go in and see them, only they can tell you.

You have no statutory right to return anything bought from a shop due to change of mind - and I'd have thought resizing it would void any returns policy they have anyway.
