It hardly takes seconds to zip a number of file and send it by a service like that.

But the zip file may well be quarantined by the company's mail server or blocked from being downloaded.

I have an image upload page for my customers (and I'm not even an insurance agent). Surely your Insurance Company has something similar or can advise you of their preferred method? They must be handling hundreds of photos each day.
My preferred method would be Dropbox.com

    Reduce the size with IrfanView.

Should get them small enough to email.

Unless you're the only person who's ever claimed from this insurance company, they can probably tell you the best way to get the images to them.

Otherwise, upload them to Dropbox or similar and send them a link.

Assuming they are just snaps and you are happy for slightly reduced quality.....In explorer, Highlight all the images you want to send, right click and select send to: mail recipient, then it will offer size reductions; accept as required. Don't know if I've sent twenty odd by this method but I've certainly done over a dozen.
Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc

Another method I use regularly to send anything up to 100 at once.

Put them in a powerpoint presentation, compress them for email, save as a pdf. It also makes them tamper proof.

If you use Microsoft Outlook it's very simple:

1 - Highlight the photos you want to send
2 - Right click on any of the photos to bring up the menu
3 - Go to "Send to" and then slect "Mail Recipient"
4 - Make sure that "Make all my pictures smaller" is selected in the box that will open up and then click OK
5 - Outlook will open a blank email and all the photos you selected will be in the attachments list. If there's too many to send in one go then you need to select all of the attachments, create a new folder on your desktop and copy and paste the photos from the email into the new folder
6 - Select all the photos in your new folder and right click on them. Select "Send to" and then "Compressed (zipped) Folder"
7 - Rename the zipped folder to whatever you like and you will be able to attach it to an email to send.

    Job done. :)

But as imoneyop said a lot of companies won't open zip files from unknown sources - I certainly wouldn't.

In that case don't put them in a zipped folder and just send them resized. Job done! :)
