Barclaycard to Barclaycard?

Hello
I have a Barclaycard Platinum card, on which the 0% interest on spending has expired. I am currently paying around £20 interest each month.
According to the Eligibility Checker, the only BT card I'm likely to be accepted for is Barclaycard Platinum (30mths & 31mths). Is it possible to apply for this and transfer from another Barclaycard?
