When should you normally receive the conveyancing final completion statement?

If you are due to complete on Fri 6th July when should you normally expect your solicitor to issue the final completion statement i.e. ask for the remaining required cash to cover stamp duty and the conveyancing fees?

Shouldnt the solicitor be proactive and ensure that all required cash is ready in advance given the time required to move money around in the banking system. Do they normally ask for the stamp duty/conveyancing fees cash only a few days before or are my sisters solicitors being completely !!!!!! as usual.

We get our statement about a week before. The last statement I have was dated 6 days before completion and that was with 4 weeks between exchange and completion.

Usually around a week before you complete. You should have a heads up as to how much etc before you exchange
