I sent a picture to my cousin in the hope he could identify the people in it.
He has sent it back to me with a message saying that if I open it in photo gallery I can view the tags he has placed on the picture and read the names.
The problem is it wont work. I've tried it on two different laptops and all I can download is the original picture with no tags.
What am I doing wrong?
