Council tax for property you can check on www.voa.gov.uk site.

Water if it's a meter then the local water board can give you a good indication of likely cost based on how many people & any appliances, ie washing machine, dishwasher, shower or baths taken. If it's not a meter, then they should be able to tell you what the water rates for that particular property are.

The other things such as gas & electricity nobody can advise you on as they are different for everybody.

There are insurance websites where you can get online quotes for contents & buildings insurance. Many offer discounts of around 20% if you take online. If you have accidental cover it costs more than if you don't.

Perhaps if you state type of dog, some fellow owners can give at least an indication of how much their pet costs to feed each week.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Depends how pro-active you are and your usuage as well as tastes/snobness level.

    Ballpark guesses:-

Council tax band b wales - £50 pm
    Water - £25 pm
    Gas - £30pm
    Electric - £20pm
Buildings and contence insurance - £15pm

    food (1 dog too)
. Maybe £50-100 pw. Dogs can be fed quite cheaply. I used to buy a big tin of meat for 70p and add a little bit to working dog complete dry stuff (VAT free) from morrsions. A big bag cost £7 or £8 and lasts ages.
