fortunately, I happen to know they read my email (because two reps rang me, back to back) but I still thought it was funny
But they definitely ignored the previous two emails and also the meter readings I submitted... by the way click have a problem with online meter readings... I'd never have guessed! By the way I've been told to spend good money ringing them up with readings now.
My TV is broken!
