To enter, you have to live in the UK.
This promotion is run under English law and so it's subject to the English courts.
If you work for Ben & Jerry's Homemade Limited, or a relative does, or if you work for one of their agencies, then you shouldn't be entering this competition.
The winner will be drawn at random from the people that complete the form.
The prize is a year's supply of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. You will be supplied with 24 tokens that you can exchange at participating retailers for a 500ml tub of Ben & Jerry's. Sorry, but no cash alternative is available. You will need to use the token before the expiry date printed on it.
Proof of submitting the membership form or subsequently visiting the site is not proof of receipt of entry.
The closing date for entries is 5th July 2007. The winner will be emailed within 30 days. The winner's name will be posted on the website after they've been contacted and will remain for a minimum of 30 days.
Ben & Jerry's reserve the right to alter, amend the prize or any of these terms and conditions or close the competition.
Entry to this competition means you have accepted these terms and conditions, which include the competition instructions. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
