British Gas Fixed March 2016

I am currently on Fix & Fall 2014 with British Gas, which is coming to and end shortly. I have been offered Fixed Price March 2016. My question is if I want to stay with this company, is this the smartest option. Also there is a page that pops up on the British Gas site that talks about the prices being reduced by 3.2% because of government intervention, is this factored into the fixed deal?
