Just checking my credit Report and came across this default on my file
Now I remember back in 2008 I had a default from Lloyds TSB which I ignored (Stupid i know)
So it looks these "hillesden" lot keep defaulting my credit file for the same debt/money. Ive never Heard from them
Are they allowed to do us? will it drop off from july as it will be 6 years?

Any help or advice would be great thank you

Those are not NEW defaults. They are just monthly status updates on the original default of 18/07/2008.
The default and all details of the account and history will drop off this July, 6 years from the original default date.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thank you Fermi
Could I still be contacted after July about this debt? or is it lost forever .0 -
You wish? No, it becomes Statute Barred after 6 years of no acknowledgement of the debt - however the debt will still remain and could be sold on, simply that they can't use the courts to collect - however that is rare.
AMongst other things, Hillsden Securities offer vehicle finance arrangements, so it may well be related to a car you've had in the past.0 -
no nothing to do with a Car, looks like they have taken on the debt from Lloyds tsb0
