Structural surveyor recommendations (London)

Hi everyone,
I've just had an offer accepted on a 3 bed cottage in Esher, SW London. I'd like to get a full structural survey on the property - the agent mentioned an issue with cracks on the party wall (possible subsidence) - which they said were rectified in 1999 and there has been no subsequent movement. I'd like to get this, and the rest of the house checked out for peace of mind.
I've been having a hard time finding a recommended surveyor. There don't seem to be any reviews out there and friends/family haven't used anybody in recent history.
Has anyone used the services of a surveyor in the London area that they would recommend for a full structural survey?
Many thanks

The RICS has a global database of chartered surveyors. You can search by area, type of surveyor etcAn opinion is just that..... An opinion0 -
Though a structural engineer would actually be able to provide a detailed report with practical solutions.0
