Swagbucks won't give me my gift card!!

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if any of you are having trouble with Swagbucks not giving out gift cards?? I bought a £25 New Look gift card on 30th January and it still says "Verified" in my order status. I messaged Swagbucks and they said they were having problems with the supplier, and have 15sb. No indication of when I'd actually get the damn thing!! :mad:

I've had items in my basket at New Look for the last 2 and a bit weeks now, I'm worried that by the time I actually get round to buying them, they'll have sold out cos a couple of them are in the final sale.

Help meeeeeeeeeeee!!!

  • Swagbucks state "Your gift code will be posted on your account profile, under "My Gift Cards" within 10 business days of verifying your purchase".

    It has only been 13 business days since the 30th of January and they've told you that they're having problems. It'll be with you as soon as they can get hold of it and I'm sure they're trying their best to make sure that is as soon as possible, but there will only be so much they can do.

    I've never had a problem with redeeming on Swagbucks. This is probably a one-off.

    As annoying as it might be that the items may become sold out, it's not the end of the world. There are plenty of other items on the site and they'll still be free with your gift card.

    The other reply may be a bit rude but they're right and if you have asked on the Swagbucks thread and have an answer there really is no need to post again, the answer won't change. No one on here can possibly say what is going on with it, only Swagbucks know that.
  • This does tie in with a swagbucks problem I'm having at the moment regarding New Look eGift vouchers.....

    I 'bought' a £10 new look egift voucher which took around 6 days to come through, but the eCode is nothing like the 16 digit numerical code new look ask for (it had + signs and punctuation and was only 13 digits wrong) They are investigating it, so possible not issuing other egift vouchers until the problem has been rectified? Just a thought.

    Unfortunately you'll just have to wait until they send the code. They've confirmed that they're having problems, and there IS a thread here already for Swagbucks where you can find the information.

    Starting a new thread, on an already congested board, just adds to the work for the moderators on this forum and as such you should ask your Swagbucks questions in the Swagbucks 2014 thread to save their workload.

    The Amazon vouchers arrived after 11 working days, not 10, which is rare, so they must have lots on at the moment. Sure it'll arrive if you've not broken any rules.
