Junior Rugby league Kit issues

Hi

I won't beat about the bush and just give you the facts required.

I have ordered 12 junior rugby kits in the shop these were paid for £300 cash + £304 on debit card paid on 7th Feb.

These were promised within 3 weeks of paying.

However since I have paid in full they have started asking questions about the kit and the standard of the logos I have provided them with. All of these issues I was lead to believe were sorted before paying.

I was told by the sales rep that the logo's I provided them with back in January 2014 were good enough for the design team to work with but since I have been told otherwise, something I didn't know before I paid.This has resulted in the kit potentially not being ready within the 3 week time scale, therefore we do not have our kit for the start of the season 1st March.

I have tried to call her numerous times to discuss but she is always unavailable and doesn't return my call.

Another issue that hadn't arisen before I paid is the location of the sponsor on the front and back of the shirt, the kit company are wanting to place it so far down the front and the back that when the shirt is tucked into the shorts it can not bee seen, not ideal when the sponsor has has paid £200 for the front £300 for the back and there is also a free one for a local childrens charity that will also not be seen.

I want my kit on the 3 week turn around as promised making it before 3rd March, the logos are still not sorted out as I have had to go to another company to rectify this at my expense.

Where do i stand with, please help as I am going to have 10 disappointed 8 year old on my hands and some not very happy sponsors come the 1st March if I don't get sorted one way or another.
Any suggestions.
