Credit Accounts not showing on Credit Reports

Hi everyone
I had a bit of a misunderstanding with o2 which resulted in an unpaid balance which was passed onto a third party debt collection agency after the contract had ended. The matter got as far as the County Court but I have now arranged to pay the full amount which will make sure no CCJ appears on my credit file. However I'm aware that a lender of credit, in this case o2 can put a record of an account default on your credit file which is almost just as bad as a CCJ in terms of affecting your credit prospects.
To this end I obtained a credit report online today with both Equifax and Experian. Neither reports however contained any details of my o2 account, (it has been closed for a year) and so obviously there is no mention of a default. However my Equifax report did not contain my current broadband account, and my Experian report did not contain any details of my bank current account or any of my current credit cards. Could it be then that there may be a record of a defaulted account on my credit file and these reports are just not picking up on it? If so how do I find out? Or would any potential lender only see what these credit reference companies report?
Many Thanks!

It would seem for some reason your data is missing from the report you pulled. This does happen and in likelylood if it's got to this stage a default will be on your full file when a company pulls it. It's just on the report you generated, some is missing, that happens sometimes.
Contact the CRA's to see what's gone on.0 -
There were some details missing on my report, I emailed Experian and they said it's because I live in a flat and a few different reports because my flat number was slightly different eg 2-3, 2/3 and 2 3. The combined them all and it was sorted. We’ve had to remove your signature. I did contact Equifax and they seemed to be adamant that the credit history was comprehensive. It may have just been the person I spoke to didn't know what he was talking about. Should I contact them in writing. It's just that O2 initially told me that there was no amount outstanding when I first received a letter from the third party debt company so if there is a default on my account I should have a decent chance of getting it taken off.0
