Thank you so much Coupn Mad. I'll get this sent off with the appropriate photos.
They have asked me to email to them, I'm assuming I should also send a hard copy thorough the post?
Who has asked you to email 'them'? You simply submit this online to POPLA (not by email and not to the PPC). And no I don't suggest you post it as well, I can never see the point when a person has submitted a POPLA appeal online - it's DONE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi again everyone,
I have submitted my appeal to POPLA, and have had a confirmation email saying that it will be reviewed and the hearing will be on 29th May.
I have this morning received a letter from a debt collection agency on behalf of CPM stating that I now need to pay them £150.00 by the 15th May.
Do I contact these people and tell them it is being appealed with POPLA, or do I ignore it?0 -
Report them to the BPA, by email. Not allowed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep post #6 on Coupon's sticky thread has the contact details, also complain to the DVLA as wellWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

A big thank you to everyone who has helped me. Especially Coupon Mad for the amazing POPLA appeal.
I had an email today confirming that my appeal has been allowed. it reads as follows.
"The operator has not produced a copy of the parking charge notice, nor any evidence to show a breach of the conditions of parking occurred, nor any evidence that shows what the conditions of parking, in fact were"
From the looks of it CPM didn't even bother to produce any evidence against me.0 -
Hehehehe, as expected you got the same outcome as the other poster did the other week (same car park!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
