Recent prolonged rain lead to drop of water leaking on the corner of the my terrace house roof. It does not have any flashing and installing one hopefully should fix this.
Any advise on what sort of time and cost am I looking for!

How long's a piece of string? Size does matter in costing something like this.
However, access costs may be greater still. If it needs scaffolding to do the job, that might cost more than the labour & materials combined.0 -
I only have cement style flashing like it sounds like you have. To repair this cost me £300 on a standard 3bed terrace, repointed all of the main part of the roof. Would this do?0

Got a roofer to come and have a look. he said flashing is recommended and should solve the issue with a 10 year guarantee.
He will call back to provide a quote.
I don't know what t quote to expect. I wanted some idea about what's reasonable cost for flashing a standard 3 bed terrace house to ensure I am not overcharged.0 -
I suggest that as in most things you get more than one quote. The problem at the moment may be that roofers are in such demand after the recent gales and storms that they can charge what they like. How bad is the leak? Can it be left for a while without causing any damage until the roofers are less busy doing insurance jobs?0
