Spam/Junk Mail on Computers

I am sure this is a question that has been raised many times before but I cannot see anything about it recently on this forum. I hope somebody may be able to advise/help me. On my main E Mail address over the past few months I have been receiving between 5 and 10 Junk E Mails every day. I have a good security programme for viruses and when scanned it comes up clear. The Junk E mails are just a nuisance and are trying sell me PPI and loads of other sundry items. Junk E MNails do not appear on my alternative Mail address. I need to keep the main one as it was given by my broadband supplier. I have had this E mail address for over 4 years without any significent problems. I keep putting them in my junk box and blocking the sender and his domain, but new ones continue to arrive. Am I stuck with this situation or what Safe action can I take that will not cost me. Help!!! Thank you.

Just delete that, that's all you can do. Unless you want to set up rules which automatically delete emails from senders you do not know.
