I have lots of videos on my computer. The formats are mostly avi/MP4/mkv and some others. I would like to be able to view these on tv but my present dvd player only does avi. Can anyone recommend a multi-regional dvd player which is under £50 and plays different video formats please? If you can I would be most grateful. From what I have learned I will have to buy online in order to get multi-regional but that's okay as the best deals are online anyway. Anyone have any thoughts please?
Many thanks.
edit: it would be useful if the dvd player had usb facility.

Ok, you're confusing two different things...
Multi region means being able to play DVDs which are supplied in different parts of the world. You can get multi Region DVD players in richer sounds, or many high street stores.
What you are looking for is a player which will play multi format.
Google " multi format DVD player " and you'll find what you're looking for.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
I have a computer as my DVD and media player.
Some people call them a Home Theatre PC (HTPC).0 -

No I do need multi-regional facility as well as multi-format facility.
Any thoughts on this one?:
