1. Globehunters is the promoter of this Prize Draw.

2. There will be one main prize of a 7 night holiday for 2 adults staying at the Travellers Palm Resort in Barbados including return flight with British Airways and transfers to and from the airport and the hotel. The holiday can only be taken on departures from 01 May 2014 – 19 June 2014, subject to availability. Prize includes 7 nights accommodation at the Travellers Palm Resort, direct British Airways return flights from the UK and transfers to and from the airport to your hotel. Free VIP tickets to the Top Gear Live festival will be given to those that can travel during the event if returning after 18 May 2014

3. There will be one prize draw to be completed on 01 April 2014. All entries must be received before midnight on 31 March 2014. The draw will be held within 5 working days of the last entry being received. Winners are selected at random. Judge’s decision is final.

4. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must fill in the answers to the questions correctly and must provide all correct and eligible contact and personal details to be able to be entered into the prize draw and to receive the prize if picked. Qualifying participants will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted: only those submitted via the official method of entry. Participants will be removed from the Prize Draw if they subsequently cancel unsubscribe or remove themselves from the database while the competition is running.

5. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally resident within the United Kingdom. Employees and agents of Globehunters or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies and their immediate families and members of their households, and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfilment of the Prize Draw are not eligible to take part. Globehunters reserves the right to require participants to prove that they are eligible. If a prize winner is found to be ineligible, Globehunters reserves the right to award their Prize to another participant and their holiday will be cancelled.

6. The winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw date of the competition. If contact cannot be made within one week, the prize will be forfeited and another valid entry will be picked at random. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Globehunters of any change in contact information.

7. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw. Globehunters reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any aspect of the prize draw at any given time without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.

8. Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 7 days of notification by Globehunters or its representative.

9. The prizewinner will be required to depart from London Gatwick and arrange their own transportation to and from London Gatwick airport. Any holiday extras in addition to the prize can be enquired and paid for separately to one of the Globehunters Team if it allows.

10. E-tickets and vouchers will be provided via email to the email address provided on the competition. Prizewinner will be regarded as the lead passenger on the holiday booking and the accompanying traveller must be over 18 years of age. Only one prizewinner is eligible to receive the prize. The prizewinner is responsible for paying all associated costs that are not specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions, including (where applicable) insurance, transport to and from the UK airport, meals, drinks extra baggage allowance and any other travel related necessities. The prizewinner is also personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using their Prize. The Prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize in whole or in part. By participating in the Prize Draw, participants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that neither Globehunters nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.

11. The name and county of the prizewinner will be made available to participants and the public on the Globehunters website and its affiliated networks. All entrants are automatically included onto the Globehunters database and may be contacted with related promotions to Globehunters. This information will not be given out to any third party companies and will be kept within Globehunters and A1 Travel Deals Ltd and associated companies for use by them only.

12. Entry into the draw authorises Globehunters and/or our partner to contact and to publish the name, photo, address and country of the winners. The winners will be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity, including sending holiday pictures of their choice to Globehunters to be published by Globehunters via any channel Globehunters deem necessary.

13. Entry into this draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Any complaints or queries relating to the use of the Prize should be directed to Globehunters or to the hotelier if it relates to the accommodation.

15. Globehunters, our partners, nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion or in relation to the prize.

16. If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when entering the Prize Draw, they may not take part in the Prize Draw. Participants' names and other personal details from their entry to the Prize Draw will be collected and stored by Globehunters and held in accordance with the applicable privacy policy in place from time to time (see http://www.globehunters.com/Info/Privacy.htm ).

17. All holidays must be taken within the timeframes set in point 2.

18. When considering suitable dates within the timeframe listed your holiday may require a notice period of a minimum of six weeks from the date of request to the date of travel. This is to ensure we are able to provide the most suitable accommodation and flights.

19. Your holiday must be booked no later than 2 weeks from the date of the winners name being drawn and 6 weeks before the departure date.

20. If the holiday is not taken within this time period the prize will be withdrawn. No cash alternative will be offered.

21. Please be aware that during peak season we may not be able to grant a specific dates request. All flight and accommodation is subject to availability.

22. In the event that Globehunters cancels your booking due to circumstances beyond your control, an alternative holiday or date will be offered under the same terms.

23. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Prize Draw in a manner, which in Globehunters reasonable determination is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Globehunters and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Prize Draw at Globehunters sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Prize Draw, Globehunters may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Prize Draw as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions.

24. All Globehunters decisions in relation to the Prize Draw are final and Globehunters will not enter into any correspondence with participants.
