No thats fine Dan-Dan. You've done the correct things by resetting both the hub and the box so that should resolve the problem.
I'm aware all the HH5 ports are GigE, but some users have reported problems using port 1 (on both BT Vision and YouView), thats why I recommended switching it to 4.0 -
OK thanks VM , i have not had a chance to use it fully since yesterday , will use BBC Iplayer later a few times , see if all is OK nowNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Oh, the iPlayer - it can be a bit flaky, but both YV and Red Bee Media are aware of it and Red Bee are working on it.
