Markers removed, waiting for ER update... how long till I can have credit?

Hi all,
So I have sorted my issues with bt woohoo, and the late payment markers have been removed from my file. I can see on equifax that this has been done. They are still showing on noddle (disputed), and I can't tell with experian as I bought the £2 report before I spoke with BT.
I am not showing on the electoral register for any of the 3 however (having repeatedly sent them confirmation from my council that I am on it from today 17th Feb).
Assuming it will take 4 weeks or so for the ER to show up (Unless some sensible person fast tracks it as hey have the necessary info), how long now before my credit files are completely clean and I will be able to get credit (I already have phone contract, but I mean higher overdraft and a credit card)?
As I'm waiting on these updates before I apply for credit and a new rented house, should I apply for the online reporting service, or is it best just to get all 3 £2 reports every month?

It typically takes around 4-6 weeks for the ER info to be updated at the credit reference agenices (the Feb update is the biggest of the year and there are millions to be updated).
I wouldn't sign up for the online reporting (apart from free noddle), I'd probably wait and check your £2 statutory reports again in perhaps 5 weeks.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
