i group ppi claims

Hi can anyone help. We have had a loan with I group via hfs loans - who have since been bought out by Capital One. As we have already made a claim previously to capital one we are not allowed to claim again. Obviously we had no idea Capital one had purchased the I group. This doesn't seem right? Any ideas. Thanks.

It isnt a claim, its a complaint. At long as its not the same one you have complained about previously then you can complain again.

HFS loans were taken over by Capital One. Igroup are not Capital One, they are now GE Money who are the lender, not seller. You complain to the seller, ie Cap One.

Sounds like you are wanting to complain about the same loan again, if so the answer is 'no'
