Resigning between exchange and completion

If she is going to leave then someone else is going to have to pick up the things she does when she goes above and beyond just the job to do a good one, by pushing back she is preparing them for when it happens.

If there is holiday booked can some of the push back be done as "handover for when I am on holiday"
