Problems returning items to Ralph Lauren

I ordered some items from Ralph Lauren on the 17th January 2014 (in the sale plus with MSE blagged reduction code), which I received on the 28th January. A couple of the items were not suitable, so I emailed customer assistance as there was no returns label which the returns policy said there would be. I heard nothing back, so I phoned on the 2nd February and was on hold for 50 minutes before I had to hang up. So I emailed again and this time I promptly received a reply telling me they would send an email with returns instructions within 5 working days.

That was the 3rd February, and I have heard nothing despite emailing twice since. The returns policy gives 30 days, and they said in the email that they would honour the date of initial inquiry (17th Jan) but I don't know if I trust that now.

Anyone got any advice or had similar problem with Ralph Lauren?
